Toxicity needs to be taken more seriously

The toxic behavior in this game is getting ridiculous. I swear its gotten worse and worse every update. I love it when players get salty (unintentionally) but when it becomes all the time it ruins the game for me.

We wonder why new players dont want to play the game. From a new players POV they dont know anything about the game and see someone yelling at them in the End game chat with hateful and disrespectful comments. Its unacceptable and that needs to be taken more seriously.

Yes report them but i feel that reporting them does nothing.

I been wanting to finish my p100 goal with The Unknown. My very first p100 character. And it may also be my last. Im probably gonna retire after I reach p100 Unknown. I planned on retiring for a while the only reason I didnt yet is because of The Unknown. I want to show that I did get at least one p100 before I leave DBD and im sure dang gonna do it. The Toxic behavior ruined the game for me.

It sickens me how unbelievably cruel some people are in this game. Telling someone to hurt themselves is worse then Getting tunneled out or Gen Rushed. There are people out there who suffer from real mental problems like, being Suicidal.

Im sorry for those who dont act this way its just something thats been rattling me and needed to let it out.

Fill free to give ur honest opinion on this matter. I know not everyone will agree with everything here. But i will like to hear from all of you

    • Stupid people are everywhere, inside and outside of DBD, regardless of whether you're a killer or a survivor. This is a well-known fact in the world of PvP gaming. I recommend disabling chat if these episodes are really bothersome... and, of course, reporting any truly unpleasant behavior.

    BHVRs refusal to ban people for chat abuse is extremely troubling. Their silence on this topic which has been brought up multiple times recently is equally troubling. It shows me that they prioritize revenue and player count over a safe and inclusive environment. Every single chat abuse report that I have submitted has gone ignored, and I do not report for trivial things. It’s extremely hateful stuff like death threats, wish of harm/death on family, racial slurs, etc.
