Lightborn class for 2v8

Now that the torch bearer class is in 2v8, maybe killers could get a lightborn class that would make you immune to one flashlight/flashbang save and then goes on cooldown for 60 seconds

    I wouldnt go as far as to make a whole class out of it. Maybe an extra feature of a certain class, like brute for example seems to not be that usefull this time around.
