Bloodpoint bonuses make no sense!
Bloodpoint bonuses right now:
Survivor: None
Killer: 2,5x
Survivor Queue estimated time 16 seconds (and it actually finds games faster than that)
Killer Queue estimated time above 6 minutes (and it actually finds games slower than that)
Just… why? How could you mess up such an easy thing?
It makes no sense to incentive killer with bloodpoints to make the queues even stupider.

We're actually doing some tests on the matchmaking incentives so that's why you might notice the odd bit of weirdness here and there

It was not, sometimes we run tests where we need results on something without any type of confirmation bias - its rare that it happens but this was one of those times.
