Killer Idea: The Sentience

Based off of a character from some book I'm cobbling together. After the Outbreak when humans, via an experimental medicine, died and started coming back, lost control of their actions and thoughts. Not The Sentience. When found, the poor Infected begged for his life and spoke. Humans chained him up. After being around them a while, he was as much a human as any of them, and he was unchained. But he found out how much hatred was in the world, even in the middle of an apocalypse. He got much smarter than when he started out. He fled his human companions and chose to live in a church. He would find how much he hated humanity and his Infected brethren. He would fight anyone who stepped into his domain. Killing or enslaving them. When Mitch and Scott heard about his rise in power, they knew they had to kill him. But when his throne was toppled and he was bleeding from most existing and newly created orifices, a thick black fog surrounded him, swallowing him Mitch and Scott whole.

Killer Power:

Adapt To Your Surroundings. This power cannot be activated, it is passive. It works like Trickster's style system. With every; injury, damage interaction, snuffing, vault, etc. he gets better at it. This is shown to survivors by the Entity granting him clothes upon levelling up. Tier one, his base level, he has tattered rags on. Tier two sees him in a casual outfit, jeans and a hoodie. Tier three, his maximum grants him his three piece suit he wears during his rule of the church. This is done by using the same animation as equipping a legendary skin or something similar. By getting better, I mean faster. Tier one, he has no boosts. Tier two, gives him a 3 percent speed boost for most interactions (excluding things like weapon wipe). Tier three gives him a 3 percent haste bonus as well as a 6 percent speed boost to most interactions (again, excluding things like weapon wipe.) Tier One requires twenty interactions to upgrade into Tier Two, which needs twenty five more interactions to upgrade to the final Tier Three. These do not degrade over time, instead needing to be stunned to decrease his Tiers. Injury= +5 interaction points. Damage interaction+10 interaction points. Pallet stuns= -5 interaction points. Flashlight and Flashbang stuns= -10 interaction points.

Perks:

Not a Threat: You're pathetic, not even threatening enough to scare them. If being directly looked at by a survivor, be granted a 4/6/12 meter reduction on terror radius. "Wait... No… Please..." -The Sentience

Research of a Scholar: If surrounded by them, know what makes them human. If observing a survivor during an action, gain a token up to 2/3/4. The next time you do the opposite of that action, you get a 2/4/6 percent speed boost for that action, and lose a token. "You need a bit o' help with 'at?" -The Sentience.

Cogito Ergo Sum: You've learnt from them long enough. You think, therefore, you are. Using your killer power grants a token up to 1/2/3. The next attack has a 20/30/40 percent recovery speed boost as well as a 20/30/40 percent weapon wipe speed boost. "You know René Descrates?" -The Sentience.

Add-Ons:

Common:

Patch of Cloth. It came from your old rags. That's not you anymore. Upgrade from T1 to T2 with one less interaction.

Crushed Syringe. That thing caused your new form. It makes you angrier than anything. When winning a chase, gain an extra point towards your next upgrade.

Wood Chunk. An angry man, but credit where credit is due, he can swing an axe. Lose one less interaction point with every stun.

Uncommon:

Chain Links. They trapped you. Mocked you. It's your turn now. If a survivor successfully stuns you, they receive Oblivious for 15 seconds.

Denim Scrap. The closest to human you were after... Everything. Now? You're so much better than that. Upgrade from T2 to T3 with five less interactions.

Rare:

Chip Of Bone. The angry man's famed mask. You chipped it. It really got to him. If a survivor fails to stun you in a five meter radius, they receive Oblivious for 30 seconds. You can not see the aura of survivors for this time.

Sleek Patch of Cloth. It was ripped off your suit. It was the last one left you could find. How dare they. When you reach T3, gain Undetectable for 30 seconds.

Broken Wooden Handle. The middle of the angry man's axe. You were lucky it got to you before you were able to die. He tore into you bare handed. Lose three less interaction points when you are stunned.

Very Rare:

Pocket Mirror. You are beautiful, admire your independency. Every time you gain an interaction point without injuring a survivor, gain 5 percent haste for 5 seconds.

Small Photo. A locket sized photo of your number one inspiration. René Descrates. When upgrading to any tier, gain Undetectable for 15 seconds. Get speed reduced to 4.4m/s for this time.

Iridescent:

The Angry Man's Axe Head. Would've been good here. Unfortunately, you broke it. Inflict Deep Wound with every hit. You can't leave Tier Two.

The Scrawny Kid's Gun. His pistol, with no magazine and none in the chamber. Start at Tier Three. Any stuns immediately lower you a tier. Every interaction grants five more points than normal.

Weapon: Carbon Fibre Knuckled Gloves. Have to keep them in control without killing them.

Cosmetic Ideas:

A white suit with black lapels and accents. (T3)

A beige hunting jacket, blue jeans and a cattle skull mask. (T2)

A ripped up blue T-shirt with black slacks. (T1)

Voice Line Ideas:

In Tier One.

"I... Don't... Want..."

"Sorry..."

"Stop… it..."

In Tier Two.

"Got ya."

"Ha!"

"Nailed it."

In Tier Three.

"Don't even try."

"Scum."

"Foolish human."

"Cogito, ergo, sum."

"Hate. Let me tell you..."

Upon Downing in Tier Three.

"That's right."

"Kneel."

"Beg. Maybe it will lead to a quicker death."

"Past the point of no return."

Mori:

In Tier One.

The Sentience apologizes to the survivor before biting into the back of their neck, killing them fast.

In Tier Two.

The Sentience quickly snaps the survivors neck with his boot.

In Tier Three.

The Sentience mocks the survivor as he lets out a flurry of punches into the survivors face.

Terror Radius: 32 Meters.

Terror Music:

In Tier One: Low, yet rapid bass on a few strings.

In Tier Two: Chords on an unplugged electric guitar.

In Tier Three: Booming timpanis, violins, cellos and violas.

Build: Thin.

Height: Average.

That was a lot, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't fun to design a character completely originally. Comment if you think the balance is off in any aspects.
