Eric Hill & Chrissie as Survivors — Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning
Hello BHVR team and Dead by Daylight community,
I would like to suggest Eric Hill and Chrissie from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning as possible Survivors for Dead by Daylight.
I know that Sally Hardesty is probably the most iconic and realistic choice from the original Texas Chain Saw Massacre, but I think Eric and Chrissie would also be very interesting additions, especially because they have a strong emotional and narrative connection to Leatherface.
Chrissie could work very well as a Survivor because she is the main final girl of The Beginning. She is desperate, resourceful, and determined to survive against the Hewitt family. Her character would fit Dead by Daylight’s atmosphere perfectly: fear, panic, hiding, sacrifice, and the will to keep going even when everything is lost.
Eric Hill would also be a unique Survivor because of his military background, his protective personality, and his tragic connection to Leatherface. His death is very important to Leatherface’s story, since his face becomes one of Leatherface’s masks. That connection could make Eric one of the most emotionally powerful Survivors related to The Cannibal.
They could come as a small paragraph/chapter, as legendary skins, or as part of a larger Texas Chainsaw Massacre update. I understand licensing may be complicated, but I think many fans of the franchise would love to see more representation from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning.
