Devotion Rewards?!

i just wanted to ask everyone their opinions on devotion rewards cos i feel they would be good to keep everyone grinding xp and ik we get iri shards per level of a devotion but like maybe every devotion we get a sh ton of bp or more then 250 iri shards maybe like 1-5k (a stretch ik) but as of rn im dev 8 and i feel its pointless just grinding devotions all over again everytime for just a measly 250 iri shards per level which ik adds to roughly 12k iri shards per devotion but u only get 400-500xp per match so the grind for that 250 feels so underwhelming. But again maybe just a sh ton of bp or iri shards of even charms too to display what devotion u are would be so cool like what we got for the prestige rewards
