Are the NieR Automata outfits Legendary or Very Rare (cosplays)?

With recent leaks implying the NieR collaboration is only cosplays and the lack of answers, I would really like to know what to look forward to tomorrow. I know it’s releasing tomorrow but this is my most wanted license in the game and I really want to know if I should be excited to play my favorite characters tomorrow or just expect cosplays only.
