Black pip at 0 if a survivior DC's early

I would love for if a survivior quits without being hooked for atleast 10 seconds or the game not have progressed a minute, or just spawn with 3 surviviors in general for the blackpip to go down to 0 or the game to kick everyone to lobby because its no fun for either side when a survivior disconnects early (It wont help every case but it will help a lot of cases) also i can already hear some people talking about farming it with SWF but 1 you can solve that with suspensions for a day or two and 2 its only the black pip and reaching actual pip is still as hard if not harder you just cant derank aka being punished for others ragequitting. I didn't do proper grammar, didn't intend to either.
