Item/Add-on Rarity Game Modes

Hello! So the idea would be as follows:

Gamemode Green/Brown

Involves yellow, brown and no add-ons/items. The idea behind this is that (for some killers) brown add-ons often are quite gimmicky or for extra points, while yellow introduces some improvements, but are generally not overpowered.

Gamemode Green

Involves green add-ons and items. The theory behind this is green generally gives better improvements than yellow, but not quite as good as purple and pink.

Gamemode Purple and Pink

Many of the add-ons could be considered very powerful and it could help balance matches to pit purples and pinks against each other.

We could have survivors scale differently if you guys think that would be more fair. For instance, the first group could be up to brown for survivor, the second up to green, and the third up to pink. I believe I've seen someone suggest this for perks (like limiting what colors present in a match or adding an additional perk slot, but limiting how many purple/"pink" perks you can have on it) and I thought it could be a good idea for balance when it comes to items and add-ons. That way you're facing off on even grounds.
