Legion's power (Feral Frenzy) rework
Introduction
The Legion's main problem is its ineffectiveness to get down both single surivor and groups when the current Deep Wound is nothing more than a time waster for both the Killer and the Surivors. Another problem, this Killer was intented to being fast, "omnipresent", and so running a lot. However it is not the case : this killer loses its power gauge too quicky because it cannot hit many time the same Survivor without losing the gauge.
To fix all these issues and make this Killer more enjoyable, I have decided to propose some changes for some point of the power :
- Deep Wound is ineffective and boring, it is the only thing that the killer can do to Survivors with its power. So I have decided to keep it but under more specific condition in manner to give other interesting use to Feral Frenzy.
- The stun caused by hitting a Deep Wounded Survivor just stoping the Killer's momentum and causing very long chase for just one Survivor because of the time required to refill and hit again. Removing this condition would allow the Killer to get rid of the single Survivor fast enough to be competitive with other Killers : Consider that Hillbilly can one shot Survivors in comparison... By this way we can giving more time to run for the killer as its rapidity and omnipresence is supposed to be its signature. I forget to say that this change will fix the "moonwalking" tactic by making it less necessary too.
- Hitting many Survivor with this ability isn't that rewarding enough : it should be more rewarding when the Killer succeed to hit more than two survivor during its Feral Frenzy. By this way we can accentuate its Hit-and-run tactic for more mindgaming.
Power rework
Current Feral Frenzy (from the wiki)
The Legion has a Frenzy power gauge that builds up over time. The power, Feral Frenzy, can be activated by tapping the Power button. While active, the power gauge drains rapidly and the power ends when the gauge is empty, triggering an extended recovery cool-down (3 seconds).
When activating Feral Frenzy, The Legion enters a deadly rage. While the power is active:
- The Legion sprints faster than base movement speed.
- The Legion can vault Pallets, but cannot break them.
- Survivors' Scratch Marks are hidden from The Legion's view.
- Missed attacks have a reduced cool-down.
While Feral Frenzy is active, hitting a Survivor who is not currently afflicted with the Deep Wound Status Effect:
- Applies the Deep Wound Status Effect.
- Injures the Survivor, if they are not already injured.
- Refills The Legion's entire power gauge.
- Triggers "Killer Instinct", revealing the location of all Survivors who do not have the Deep Wound Status Effect applied and are within The Legion's Terror Radius.
While Feral Frenzy is active, hitting a Survivor is currently afflicted with the Deep Wound Status Effect:
- Reduces a portion of the Survivor's Deep Wound bleed-out timer.
- Depletes The Legion's entire power gauge and ends the power immediately.
NOTE: Hitting a Survivor with a basic attack while Feral Frenzy is not active will deplete the entire power gauge.

FEral Frenzy Reworked
While Feral Frenzy is active :
- Hitting a Healthy Survivor put them into Injured State
- Hitting an Injured Survivor Applies the Deep Wound Status Effect.
- hitting a Survivor currently afflicted with the Deep Wound Status Effect reduces ~20% of the Survivor's Deep Wound bleed-out timer.
- Hitting a Survivor Triggers "Killer Instinct", revealing the location of all Survivors who you haven't hit during this Feral Frenzy and are within The Legion's Terror Radius.
- hitting a Survivor that is not afflicted with the Deep Wound Status Effect refills The Legion's entire power gauge.
Hitting a Survivor during Feral Frenzy triggers Frenzy Streak :
- The second Survivor you hit during the same Feral Frenzy Applies the Deep Wound Status Effect on them.
- The third and fourth Survivor you hit during the same Feral Frenzy put them into Dying State.
NOTE: Hitting a Survivor with a basic attack while Feral Frenzy is not active will deplete the entire power gauge.
Explanation
This rework is supposed to fix all the current problem I have mentionned above. Because of Healthy Survivors are just Injured on the first hit, this allow to the killer to get the its Power Gauge refilled two time on the same Survivor, allow as I have said some mindgaming purposes. I have also added a new mechanic : "Frenzy Streak" that rewarding Killers that hit more than two survivors during the same Feral Frenzy, allow some insta-down for adding more pression to the survivors.
With all theses mechanics we can get one of these best-case scenario :
1] The Legion found two survivors working on a gen (Discordance !)
2] The Legion triggers Feral Frenzy
3] The Legion hits the first Survivor = Injured State + power gauge refill
4] The Legion hits the second Survivor = Frenzy Streak = Deep Wound + power gauge refill
5] The Legion gets back to the first Survivor and follow them for some moment to buy some time and to attempt to get another Survivor after this one.
6] The Legion hits the first Survivor again = Deep Wound + power gauge refill
7] The Legion find the third and fourth Survivor and get them = Frenzy Streak = Dying State + power gauge refill
Conclusion : 2 Deep Wounded Survivors + 2 in Dying State ||| In comparison with the current Feral Frenzy : 4 Deep Wounded Survivors (ineffective)
But I think that the common case will be two Deep Wounded Survivor, but with my buffs against single Survivor, we can manage to get the situation "One downed, One mended" more easely.
In conlusion of this post, I expect my changes to make the Killer maybe too overpowered and if BHVR are interested to use it, they will maybe have to do a PTB first (sorry if that sounds obvious but I thinked it was important to say it).
