Change Distressing's Terror Radius percentages
Since Distressing now gives 100% bonus points across all Tiers, I'd like to suggests adjusting the Terror Radius modifiers. The two most common Terror Radii Killers have are either 24 or 32 metres. The current modifiers (22/24/26 %) are so close together, that the difference between Tiers I and III of Distressing in regards to those Terror Radii, ranges from barely 1 to just over 1 metre.
Before 2.6.0, when the BP bonus modifiers had a range of 50/75/100 % across the Tiers, they made up for that nearly inexistent TR change and gave somewhat of a reason to level Distressing. However, if nothing changes, I don't see any reason for levelling Distressing beyond Tier I any more from 2.6.0 onwards, especially considering the grind we once again have with all the other available Perks.
My suggestion to make levelling Distressing worthwhile again is to adjust the TR modifiers and make the difference between them larger.
I have two ways to suggest this: remaining with percentages or a flat Terror Radius number (similar to Monitor & Abuse):
1) Percentages
New percentages: 20/30/40 % (originally tried with 20/25/30 %, but the range from Tier I to III was still too low).
For 24 metres, this would increase the Terror Radius to 28.8/31.2/33.6 metres (range of 4.8m).
For 32 metres, this would increase the Terror Radius to 38.4/41.6/44.8 metres (range of 6.4m).
2) Flat Number
New numbers: 5/10/15 metres
For 24 metres, this would increase the Terror Radius to 29/34/39 metres.
For 32 metres, this would increase the Terror Radius to 37/42/47 metres.

I like your 2nd suggestion better, as not only does it synergize better with TR perks but also easier to use.
But maybe there should be another effect, like distorting the TR or making not increase with distance as perks that are mostly there to act in symbiosis with others don't do that good in practice.

Good buff. Percentages are fairer, in my opinion.

Percentages make the game more interesting.
Also, @DocOctober , I completely agree.

I wouldn't say they are interesting, but a hassle to quickly calculate.

You get a +1 LoL from me

Although I completely agree and would like this buff to go ahead for my TR Doc obviously, I highly doubt they would proceed with it.
Especially since right now it works wonders with sloppy butcher + coulrophobia, AND it still works with Calm and Order add-ons.
Buffing Distressing would lead them to nerf all those add-ons and/or perks and I think we're just fine like it is now...

This is the solution for Distressing's:
(all levels 100% points)
Perk nv1. + 4 metres TR
Perk nv2 + 8 metres TR
Perk nv3 + 10 metres TR

I feel it should instead transform your terror radius to a fixed value regardless of your base terror radius.
I would die for a 40m terror radius Hag, could be really interesting.
I don't like that "terror radius builds" are mostly tied to the basic M1 killers.

Isnt having a larger terror radius generally not wanted? I thought the perk was a trade off of more BP but larger radius. As it is now, it's the same BP for a tiny percent change. I'm confused by this.

The issue I see with larger radius now is with range addons you'd be like a Walking Gideons. Perhaps change the values on the bonus bp for Distressing instead so tehre's actually a reason to upgrade.
Because a upgrade in terror radius isn't that big of a deal between 1 and 3 unless it's much larger. Hence they need to split the bp bonus back into separate levels instead of all 3 tiers at 100%.

If you do the math then you realize that its not viable on most Killers because of how low the increase for most is. The only one who gain anything are Spirit and Doctor, and Myers if you are in the mood for a meme build.
Its simply not worth a perkslot on most Killers, and the huge TR gives a bigger warning to survivors as well so its very unlikely its going to be even close to the OP territory, even if it will allow for rather annoying builds.
Just make a cap that is around Docs or Myers current max TR and there should be no new issues introduced.
