A killer with an harpoon that can pull survivors?

How op would that be?
This idea occurred to me when creating my fan chapter of a pirate killer
And the killer would work as huntress and hit the survivor and pull towards him, and had 1 or 2 charges, and could recharge them somehow
Or maybe it would work as legion+huntress where you got to hit the survivor multiple time to finnaly pull him towards you
