Not sure if it's the new system, or if it's just the time of day, but there is no reason this should be happening.

The SWF was a 3 man group, me at 15, the 11, and the 10. The rank 3 survivor was a random person.

There is absolutely NO reason our SWF should have been paired with a rank 3 killer.

Earlier tonight, I had another game with a rank 6 killer, when the highest survivor in the lobby was rank 10. I don't know what it is that's causing this to happen, but it's really annoying.
