Plague Addon and general changes

Just wanted to show some ideas for potentially Plague changes that could be fun to play around with and general changes that could help the game out. Could potentially change the way you play.

Ultra Rare Addon Idea:

Seal of Pestilence:

Infection Time on Objects is now permanent and can now spread to the Survivor's carried item, totems and hooks. But you can no longer obtain Corrupt Purge.

Moderately decrease the rate survivors gain infections from interactions.

Increase Deviousness points gained in game is increased by 100%

I thought this could be a fun addon for the Plague, giving you the ''Spreading the Plague'' feeling, where everything is infected and everything can infect the survivor. So they will get broken a lot and continue spreading the infection on new pallets, vaults, generators and so forth.

But since they're constantly getting broken and spreading the infection everywhere, you can no longer obtain Corrupt Purge but survivors will still need to cleanse themselves to temporarily get rid of the Broken status or get risk getting caught and instantly knocked down.

I really like this addon idea but it might not be entirely balanced but it'd be cool to have something like it as Plague's current Ultra Rares are incredibly bad or lackluster, they're very basic that poorly interact with Plague's Vile Purge.

Bloodpoints:

The Plague also receives an incredibly poor amount of BP, as new DLCs hit there is more to grind for and there should be ways to more easily get BP for more casual players.

Plague's Brutality is depressingly bad as most games you only receive roughly 2000 points in Brutality. Hitting a Broken survivor should give an extra 300 points in Brutality and hitting a survivor with Corrupt Purge also give a 300 points into Brutality.

Another idea of mine was to gain the ability to purchase Iridescent Shards for those willing so that they can be spent to purchase new perks on the Shrine or spend them on cosmetics, whichever one desire but I think that would be poorly received even though I would be a big fan of it.

Bloodweb:

Killers really depend on addons in certain scenarios to feel efficient and decent but some addons are incredibly strong.

An idea I think could work out was maybe reduce the cost of all bloodweb items by roughly 50%, which could potentially be the quickest and easiest way to make this game less grindy, especially for newer players or casual players that would like to enjoy other survivors or killers but since they're not lvled they will have to grind a very long time to get any decent perks or addons needed for a fun time.

Second idea was to make it so Addons and Items reduce BP gained on the end screen by a certain % depending on what tier and quality you use.

Killer:

Common: Reduce BP gained at the end by 0%

Uncommon: 10%

Rare: 20%

Very rare: 30%

Ultra Rare: 40%

So as an example 2 Ultra Rares would reduce the BP you receive by a total of 80%

While using a Very Rare paired with a Uncommon reduce BP you receive by 40%

Survivor:

Common: 0%

Uncommon: 5%

Rare: 15%

Very Rare 20%

Survivor Item Addons:

Common: 0%

Uncommon: 10%

Rare: 15%

Very Rare: 20%

Ultra Rare: 30%

So a purple flashlight with a purple addon and a ultra rare addon would reduce the BP you receive at the end screen by a total amount of 70%

This would remove a big part of the heavy grind but also reduce the reward received depending how strong items you bring into the match

But then if you no longer need BP for items, why would the BP punishment matter? Well... it was an idea that the devs can potentially take and use for their own. There is also offerings and perks still on the web. But since Killers are so addon reliant I thought it'd be nice to give them a better way to play with the addons they enjoy without being held back because ''I don't have the addons I like / enjoy so maybe I can grind with another killer or just play survivor''. just to give an idea.

Well hope some of the ideas were of any use and I hope some of the ideas might be used for the future. Good Luck and have a beautiful day!
