Autodidact Buff

You start the trial with a -15% progression penalty for skill checks to heal survivors. For every successful skill check while healing a survivor you get a token up to a maximum of 3/4/5 tokens. Each token grants you a 15% bonus progression for a successful skill check while healing a survivor.
After continuously healing a survivor for 4 seconds, a guaranteed skill check will appear. This effect goes on cool down for 10 seconds after completing a skill check.
I use Autodidact on my survivor and after playing with it for a while, I think there are two problems with it.
- It takes five tokens in order to make a positive impact.
- It's too inconsistent in terms of skill checks.
Therefore I decreased the starting penalty from -25% to -15% so that it breaks even on the third skill check. Assuming that you get two skill checks per heal, Autodidact will save 22.4 seconds after 3 heals, compared to 24 seconds for We'll Make It. Therefore this shows that the buffed values wouldn't make other healing perks obsolete in the early game, while still have a powerful effect in the late game.
To make the perk more consistent, I added the bonus effect of a guaranteed skill check after 4 seconds of healing in order that you don't go full heals without a skill check while having the cool down so that you can't get loads of skill checks too easily.
I would love to hear thoughts and suggestions on this change.
