almost looping complains were from sprint so how about make longer exhaustion of sprint?
or how about sprint having 2seconds of boost?
and now have half while running so why not make it quarter first? how about other perks?

if i was devs consider nerf sprint burst 3 to 2seconds first and look and consider increase cooldown next

Dead Hard is balanced as-is, Balanced Landing got the buff it needed and Lithe is a balanced version of Sprint Burst, lacking all of the problems it has.
That leads us to the problem child, Sprint Burst; nerf it and leave the other Exhaustion perks the Hell alone.

by the way i will use this perk until this perks cooldown become more than 120seconds
cause im not only survivor for chase and this perk make me safe to run generators in killers fear radius
which earn more safe distance so i can still run at close range without getting one hit before looping
so how sneaky killer is doesn't matter, except amanda she can actual stealth in lots of spots
and for more example wraith is not a stealth killer because he is visible
also shape he can somehow manage free first hit from some spots
but what about later? can't chase survivors with 103% speed and slow window vault and no bloodlust
so chase like that is never works at decent players thats how mirror sucks which "purple" add ons
leveling takes very long times so mosttimes survivors can see him and this means
even survivors can loop him before actual chase, which is level 2 or 3 of him
and reaching level 3 he gets even more looping before actual chase
so when he gets survivor with level 3 and of course no other moron get down by level3
than result is just less broken pallets and become hook defender with his ability not a stealthy stalker
thats why down one survivor with level 2 and hunt one later with level 3 is also stupid common tactic
and its how no benefit to do leveling up, unless tombstone piece its worth good

@jiyeonlee I didn't know why they didn't do the, 3 second running requirement to activate your Sprint Burst. It would allow stealth killers to do their job and it wouldn't let survivors be cocky anymore with the perk.0

That's what I said to my friend.
Dead Hard you have to be injured to use it, Lithe you MUST be in a chase and vault, Balanced Landing there must be somewhere high you can fall. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've never seen a killer complain about any of these three exhaustion perks. They are really fair, as it's not such a versatile use. Like some maps only have one hill for Balanced Landing, Billy Leatherface and Myers all counter Dead Hard...
So like, the devs just made these three conditional, situational perks really bad... Hell I would not complain if this nerf was applied to Sprint Burst only because then we'd see more versatility with exhaustion perks. But don't make perks that are only used under certain conditions worse because of one perk that is overpowered. They stand balanced and would make the other 3 too under-powered that now you'll probably only see Sprint Burst.

@Visionmaker the entity gives the killers strength so your movement speed thing is dumb and yeah you only grab 1 hatchet but you get what I'm saying with the exhaustion you are prob just a survivor main who doesn't want to get their favorite perk nerfed

Yeah, and I guess you forget about the fact that the entity magically allows every survivor to be an engineer, to run infinitely, and always come back to life every game.
I know what you are saying with exhaustion. But you are a hypocrite if you think the game's rules should follow exactly how it is in reality for one situation but not another. You must be another killer main who wants survivors to run in a straight line and get caught every 10 seconds.
