Contagious hooks

With The Plague, you can puke on gens, chests, pallets, etc. to make them contagious. Let’s add hooks to the list!

Sometimes you take down a survivor in a regular hunt, no nausea involved. Carry them to a nearby hook, drop them, puke the hook, pick them back up, and hang them. Now when they down, they hafta go to a cleansing pool.

A benefit to the killer, yes, but at the cost of time and potentially having the survivor escape if the walk to the hook takes too long. For this reason I see it as a fair adjustment. This also allows for the strategy of trying to infect hooks in the area in advance.

I don't see much upside to this, but it certainly isn't an OP addition. My first encounter with a plague killer, the first survivor I pulled down off a hook puked on me while I was taking them down and infected me. It didn't slow me down much or tip the game against us...

Yeah, I don’t think it would cause much trouble to balance, but would be good for the sake of consistency and logic. Touching a contagious generator infects you, but no worries about the sanitation of the giant metal hook piercing through your shoulder? Hmmmmm

On a related note, I found I can sometimes infect a survivor while they hang on the hook! I have to aim high, like at their head. Maybe it’s because I hit part of the hook itself..... (poor survivor)

It would be okay for people trying to sabotage hooks.

You can puke on downed survivors and hanging survivors as well. Hanging survivors' hitboxes seem a little screwy, though, so I usually charge it to about 50% and puke on their entire body, from head to toe.

Yeah I recently found out about puking on them when they’re crawling. I find a fun way to mess with them is carry them to a hook, drop them, puke them, then hook em. Wastes a little time, but sure is fun!
