Leavers/Disconnects and BBQ&C

Please make it so that if someone that hasn't been hooked disconnects/crashes the killer gets a token for BBQ&C. It always feels so bad to enter a game where someone crashed during loading screen or when someone just ragequits and you have to accept that you won't be getting that token because they left. It doesn't feel fair that killers get punished for survivors leaving the game.

    The BBQ token is hardly the most egregious example of this. Several obsession perks can get totally broken, like dying light, if the obsession unplugs. (and now, depending who ran ds)
