Killer Idea: The Boogie Man
Goal: The idea for this concept was to create a killer who can create map pressure by inciting paranoia and having effective mobility while remaining thematic, slowing the game by making survivors want to immerse for the duration of his power.
TR: 40 meters
Movespeed: 115% 4.6M/s
Passive: "Monster in the Closet" When the Boogie Man opens a locker he may hold the space bar to enter the locker instead. Once entered the killer may press M1 or M2 to cycle through all unoccupied lockers on the map. When observing another locker the Boogie Man may hold space bar once more to exit from that locker into a new location.
Power: "Afraid of the Dark" When activated, the render distance of all survivors is reduced to 8 meters over the span of two seconds as the map is obscured in darkness. For the duration, whenever one survivor would be inside the terror radius, all survivors hear the heartbeat at the same intensity regardless of distance or location. duration 20s, cooldown 60s.
Perks:
Gremlins: After damaging a generator the generator will continue to regress even after it has been repaired again until a skillcheck is succeeded on it or the generator is completed.
Poltergeist: After hooking a survivor the nearest unused pallet closest to the hook will be thrown down. Can stun survivors.
Possession: Obsession perk: Survivor's unhooked by the obsession suffer from the broken status effect for 60s. If the obsession is within 12 meters of another survivor they will scream, revealing their location to the killer. The obsession may not suffer from the exposed status effect.
Clarifications: If a survivor looks inside of a locker the Boogie Man is in they will play an animation of closing the locker and backing away slowly; if the Boogie Man presses M1 during that animation he will lunge forward from the locker and grab the survivor. - If a survivor is all ready inside the killer's terror radius when the power is activated survivors not inside of his terror radius will hear the heartbeat gradually fade in over several seconds rather than "snap on." - The scream for Possession has a cooldown of 30s and overrides Calm Spirit.

I made a whole chapter similar to this months back.

Very neat. Different powers, I thought about it being a pure mobility tool and having his M2 be something unto itself, but it shows the thematic has an intuitive quality.

Yeah, I think the lockers being used as a killer mechanic for travel is a neat idea. We've also learned that unless the killers power somehow counters looping, he's always gonna get stuck to mid tier. Obvious exception in Billy, but that's just because he's busted in every other area to compensate.
A locker grab ability would actually flip lockers into something that scares the survivors and I think that would be interesting.

I definitely love the idea, the power doesn't make too much sense to me, The Boogeyman is a name given to Myers but that's okay I guess.

That's a very interesting idea. It sounds like they would be able to get around that map pretty easily. The terror radius bit might have to fade in and out so it's a little less obvious. Having an instant terror radius would be a dead giveaway that the killer is using their power.

As long as he looks like The Boogeyman from WWE, I'm behind this idea for sure!

See clarifications. There was something mentioned about the terror radius "snapping on" during power use and a fade being used if able to make that a bit less obvious.
Glad you like the idea!

The idea is that a survivor will be put into a position where they will want to hide. Their vision is reduced to level 1 Myers terror radius range and every survivor hears the killer approaching them at once, essentially, letting the Boogie Man start a chase while the other survivors hide or even getting a hit off to start a chase if a survivor wants to be stubborn and keep on a gen he's stalking.
