Chapter Idea: Deserted Sorcerer
Killer: The Sorcerer
Terror radius: 32 meters
Movement speed: 4,6 m/s
Height: Tall
Appearance: a little bit similar to nurse (is flying) but he is like completly black mist with sea color runes and his eyes are the same colour
Power: Distractive hologram - The Sorcerer can use his power, Distractive hologram, to create his projection. When you create your projection, it walks straight way towards the Survivor being out of the terror radius. It is maintained for 15 seconds and your power has a cooldown for 20 seconds after the projection disappears. This power works when you are out of the chase.
- When you release a projection, both you and projection have twice smaller terror radius
- A projection can walk through physical enviroments and surroundings
- When a projection starts a chase, it cannot hit Survivor and you see Survivor's aura being chased until chase finishes
- If the last Survivor or every alive Survivor is in the killer's terror radius, the projection stands for 5 seconds showing the direction of one chosen Survivor
- If the Survivor is about to see killer's aura and you release a projection, the aura is focused on projection, not killer

- Grants the ability to kill Survivors if their bleedout in dying state is 20/35/50%.
- Survivors are bleeding in dying state 10/15/20% faster
ONLY ONE WAY OUT - Your victims will not be able to find alternative way out!

- The killer sees open hatch's aura at a distance of up to 32 meters
DON'T WASTE MY TIME - You are born to catch the victims faster after sacrifising previous ones!
- Time of picking up, grabbing, dropping and hooking a Survivor is reduced by 10/20/30%

- Grunts of pain caused by injuries are not reduced
FAITH TO THE ENTITY - Your bond to the entity is stronger than others can expect!
- When you are about to die on the hook by the entity, perform a difficult Skill Check which gives you 40/50/60% chance to unhook yourself from the hook while struggling
- Succeeding or failing the Skill Check will disable "FAITH TO THE ENTITY"
- After a successful escape from the struggling you suffer from the Hindered Status Effect for 50/35/20seconds
BEATING THE ODDS - So close but so far? Not this time!
- You perform slow and fast vaults and leaving lockers 5/10/15% faster

It seems a little weird that the time required to used End My Suffering on someone goes up as the perk gets stronger.

End My Suffering would promote slugging which is... bleh. This + Deerstalker would end games quickly and be far too OP.
Only One Way Out doesn't have a whole lot of counter-play unless you're guaranteeing a key somewhere. The reason hatch opens for the last survivor at 3 gens is because it isn't feasible for a solo survivor to repair the rest of the generators without getting caught. It would basically be a free kill.
Don't Waste My Time is a hard stat boost which is perfectly fine! Not sure how much play this would see and how it would interact with flashlight timings for saves.
On Sticks sounds interesting but paired with Hope could make the survivor faster than the killer, yes?
Faith to the Entity also sounds interesting! What sort of "difficult skill check" are we looking at? I'd imagine it would need to be the size of an Unnerving Presence Decisive Strike skill check lol.
Beating the Odds is a good idea for extending loops by a little bit and giving you the slight edge in chases.

End my suffering - I created this perk not maybe for every match but mainly for the perk builds as you mentioned about deerstalker.
Only one way out - thank you for the suggestion. I will try to change a little bit
Don't waste my time - use also lightborn so survivor needs to blind killer in the very beginning of picking up survivor in dying state.
On sticks - if you use hope then you have similar speed as killer but he is still faster, maybe not that much. It requires also to be injured. And staying still in chase as killer he can still gain bloodlust.
Faith to the entity - I added this perk to add something else than just tapping struggle action button and die. And yes, Skill Check the same as Decisive Strike.
Beating the odds - I added it because of hitboxes but I just realised it is too OP so maybe I will add a cooldown to this perk.

Thank you for the praise. You gave me more satisfaction to do more.

@Chordyceps this perk may be good for slug builds. Maybe not good for every play but if not for slug, so only in some situation like you down survivor and another appears to be chased so this dying survivor may be instantly killed.

I do think the perk is very interesting, and I realized it would likely be for slug builds. I couldn't decide if I thought it would be too easily abusable, or a good way to punish survivors that aren't paying attention or working together. I'm leaning more towards the second one because of how long it takes survivors to bleed out normally.

It'd be more interesting if the projection could hurt survivors but would have to go around objects. Would make him an excellent anti-loop killer. But i guess you wanted it to be some tracking tool.
Might be on a survivor desired powerlevel, but i think the ability shouldnt be different depending on survivor count.

@Raptorrotas I want to add this as the add-on. Good you pay attention about that.

@Raptorrotas I finished all the add-ons so you can take a closer look at them.

Those addons are quite good.
Your two UR addons made chuckle because they turn your killer rather similiar to the Hell Ember hunter from Idenitity V. Atleast 1 of his skills.
I must be honest with you, I strongly compared your killer to that Hunter, because he's doing the whole projection/dolls thing that good. (https://identityv.gamepedia.com/Leo_Beck , if you're interested)
While i like that your projection gives vision of survivors (other turret/sentry/doll concepts on this forum do not), atleast to me it feels that it has many restrictions for what it does at the base level.
Long cooldown, 1 target that might not even reached, special condition to protect the last survivor alive, special condition to protect close survivors. I dont know if the projection would swap targets if it happens to run into another survivor on their way to their designated target, not that it'd matter much when they dont deal damage by default.
Dont take my criticism to heart too much, I'd create only overpowrred killers without balancing them with addons. Also maybe unconsciously trying to force my rework ideas onto your concept.🤔

@Raptorrotas i mentioned i accept every criticism. And I know identity v I know hell ember and to be honest I didn't realise I made this killer power thinking about hell ember xD. If the projection is directer to one chosen Survivor, it doesn't swap to another one if this Survivor is out of the terror radius. I will change a little bit this cooldown but also I tried to make the killer not to be too OP and you can always give add-ons. But I know how to strengthen him a little bit.
