Killer's red stain feels broken

This mechanic feels broken and needs to be changed. Right now It goes through walls and corners which ruins all those mind games with high wall loops and makes it much easier for survivors to keep pallet looping. And it bothers me that killers needs to abuse this mechanic and do all these silly moonwalks just to manipulate the red stain so survivors won't magically know where you're at on the other side of a wall. And Red stain really screws up already low tier killers like wraith, nightmare, trapper, and hag that has nothing that can help them during a chase. While high tier killers like Nurse, Billy, and Huntress aren't really negatively affected by red stains through walls or corners and can easily abuse it to their advantage to lead survivors to around their side of the wall and quickly take them out with their killer abilities.

I guess the reason why red stain mechanic exist is for the horror effect for survivors when they're being chased and maybe a way to spot killers in your line of sight? If so I have some suggestions that I think is good that will keep that horror effect and a way to still visually spot killers nearby.

RED STAIN

A "Red Stain" effect should no longer only come from killers but from survivors as well that they can only see on their screen and only appears when they're being chased/detected (when that chasing audio starts) and disappears after no longer being chased. It'll still keep that horror effect feel for survivors and killers current Red Stain effect is replaced with a short radius, red subtle glow, or aura that lights upwards from the killers feet instead of one that lights through walls and corners; and can still be hidden with some addons and killer abilities like Myer's Evil Within 1 and Insidious perk.

BEAST OF PREY PERK

The Red Stain around survivors, the chase/detected audio, and the killer's Red Stain aura disappears for 25 seconds when bloodlust activates. Cooldown 90 seconds.

This will be a fun balanced perk for some killers.

DOC'S "DISCIPLINE" ADDONS

Pretty much all madness parts of all the discipline addons tweaked for the new suggested Red Stain.

Madness II: When a chase begins, survivors will have that Red Stain effect, chase/detected audio, and Terror Radius as though The Doctor were right behind them for a duration of 10 seconds.

Madness III: When a chase begins, survivors will have that Red Stain effect, chase/detected audio, and Terror Radius as though The Doctor were right behind them for a duration of Madness III.
The Doctor can see survivors Red Stain effect.

So what are you guys thoughts on this?

But that’s the point of the stain, to tell how the killer is moving, and methods of tricking out the survivor to not see it are effective and work fine. The problem isn’t the mechanic itself, it’s that there aren’t enough perks or addons to effect the red stain (and the only one that does isn’t that good). With the killers who are “gimped” by the red stain, most likely need a balance change, but their problems don’t stem from information the survivors know about the killer’s position. However, a less drastic change could just be to make sure that the stain doesn’t go through walls. Personally I think the stain is fine, I’ve had no trouble faking out survivors on high walls, and I make sure that the stain doesn’t go through walls if need be.

Survivors already has 3rd person camera to easier tell how the killer is moving when they're being chased around walls and current red stains mechanics are so unbalanced it encourages survivors to keep pallet looping those areas with high walls and just going ring around the rosie from one loop to another. The moment you finally catch the survivor 2 generators are already done, 3 if you're not using ruin. And killers who doesn't have abilities that helps during chases suffers the most from this. There's a reason why killers like Billy, Nurse, and Huntress is high tier and most common in high ranks because they don't need to spend much time chasing and they're less likely to be pallet looped and gen rushed if you're skilled but use most any other killer and you're screwed if you're not lucky. Reworking Red Stain will just make those mid and low tier killers more balanced and effective during chases around walls.

The "effective" methods of tricking out the survivors and "making sure it doesn't go through walls" is still abusing an outdated broken mechanic and doesn't always work in high rank if you're not using a high tier killer.

It feels broken because it is broken, point.
Survivors are completely aware of the killers position at any point, removing all mindgames and making the "horror" game DBD feel more like a nascar racing sim
