Since you cant fix 3v1s, and the DC bug you ought to bump survivor BP up a little.

Cant get enough altruism when there is only 3 survs, and even in 1v4 surv bp is weak compared to killer.

    The problem its that survival category wont go up until you find the hatch youre you escape i think self care needs to give more point on survival it make sense you that survivor get more bp
