A simple solution to hatch standoff, and a step in the RIGHT direction.

This is a solution to hatch camping and a good starting approach to exit-gate teabag, the reason I call this a right direction is, the killer presence is not strong enough, he feels weak even if survivor is right next to him/her, thats why dead by daylight killers can get bullied, they don't have enough presence, you can do actions in their face, or such things. I don't say this fixes everything and killers will not get bullied anymore, but certainly this is some small thing in the right direction, and fixes hatch stand-off with a solution similar/variant to I have offered.

so solution is: make survivors able to do nothing for 1-2 seconds when going into dying state,(basically enable killer to pick them up) this includes going into dying state at edge of exit gate, it doesnt really make sense to down someone and watch them crawl away anyways, and this sounds logical anyway because killer is the big powerful guy injures the little survivor, but he takes more time to act again before the survivor who is injured deadly, that starts to crawl away or make her action immediatly while killer waits a lot before doing anything, this can be taken as a good approach because of the reasons i have mentioned,
as this is a semi solution, maybe allow killers to grab a person while wiping the weapon, because this is only triggered while a person is slow vaulting something without pushing spacebar, and yes killers should be allowed to deny actions such as doing generator or opening exit gate if he is totally there, you shouldnt just take a hit then continue your action in killer's face for a moment, like he is there, you need to go away, and for hatch case; therefore survivor is forced to run away as survivor should be in a bad spot in a hatch stand-off, because again survivor escaping while killer is fully present doesnt really make sense.

or second solution, disable the ability for survivor to do any action besides vaulting or pallet for the amount of time killer wiping his weapon, therefore hatch standoff will be off as well, and repairing in the face, or such. Of course no survivors will comment lovely at this post I know

but these are just my opinions, if any devs read and get some ideas from this, I am happy then. I know this is not the cleanest explanation of the idea, but hopefully you guys understand it.
