Very nice Legion rework, thank you Devs
Best thing is the devs listened and buff his movement speed. All other things and nerfs were justified.
Now I just hope if it's cancel by a missed attack the whole bar won't drop back to zero, as its now the same as Spirit where it requires. Also hope the power recharge won't hit too hard but otherwise seems very good rework
Personally I don't think we need a PTB for this, as that would mean we have to wait a few weeks before Legion changes are live, and ppl are DC'ing left and right when they see I play Legion, even add-ons less
Also one thing
- The Deep Wound timer progress is no longer reduced by regular Feral Frenzy attacks.
Wouldn't this make his power completely useless, as now once you hit a survivor you cannot use the power to hit them. But uses it to chase them but it stuns you instead. With this massive nerf on his power what it means now is basically Frenzy will never be able to down someone, since the timer don't go down now while in Terror Radius

The movement speed of Feral Frenzy is significantly reduced
After patch if survivors starts running after seeing one of the survivors gets hit they will be able to outrun, and most will not group up and works on gens separately
So the nerfs to other areas like Recharge time, requiring full power, depleting whole power on missed/ cancelled doesn't seem to makes sense, it's overkill
Killing the power is fine if there were buffs to the stun but there isn't. So if you use the power to vault, the survivor can simply vault back since you are now stunned, and they can now loop you
Nurse on the other hand can just teleport and instant hit
I'm still hoping the update is good, otherwise he might become the next Killer to receive the Freddy's treatment

Legion will never be reworked quite as good as every other killer, his power is fundamentally flawed an now they turned him to a pile of crap with a mask. I want a refund

I wish that people on Steam could stop with the excessive negative reviews and just look that the devs really know about the DC epidemic, trolls, and weak killers.

The rework would have been a great one but the only thing that bothers me is this

If it's just that its fine, but combined that with all other Nerfs doesn't seem to make any sense. Since Legion gets stunned from using his power. and Feral Frenzy is now useless and can't be used to down survivors.
Even if you vault to catch survivors you can't, because you get stunned, now survivor jumps back onto other side, hes now a loopable Killer. He can no longer deal with Loops

They didn't even need to nerf Legion in the first place. If this update isn't proof that the devs are more survivor sided then I don't know what is.

Oh yes they did. Many top killer streamers refused to play him (unless for $101) because of how busted and unfun he is, Check Zubat and scottJund. I agree the rework goes too far as feral frenzy speed reduction is unessary but he DID need a huge change.

I am glad that they removed the things that made legion annoying, but this is stupid. Its just deleted legion. They shoudnt have released them in the first place.

The Legion changes only makes me sad I got them P3 and so many cosmetics.
I hope BHVR removes some of these changes so I have not wasted my money on them.

Yeah it's "very nice" if you want Legion thrown in a garbage bin and never taken back out again. Nerf the hell out of a barely to-par killer then stick him with a 4.4% movement speed increase while making his power even more crappy and boring than it was before. What part of these changes is supposed to make Legion more fun? I guess none of it. What a let down.

Nerf is so hard, so I would like to receive a refund of bloodpoints spent on Legion, so I can use them on some still playable killer.
