Remove hex on hud

Removing the survivors notification can drastically increase the lifespan and efficiency of totems.

If you tap a hex totem and a symbol pops up you immediately know its thrill of the hunt and the killer got a notification. Now you know to break full totems and there's another hex totem on the map

As soon as someone is hooked everyone who gets a skill check will know huntress lullaby is in play and can anticipate/hunt it down when they would otherwise be clueless. This results in the totem being destroyed before its useful

Ruin is also a victim of this. The red skill check and the hud notification lets even the most clueless of players now ruin is in the game.

The survivors should have to rely on visual and auditorial cues to know if theres a hex and what kind. Alternativly this could be a new perk. Changing the hex hud abilitu to a perk exclusive feature could shake things up and require more skill and thought for survivors while also letting killers have a wider variety of strategy

so the players be alerted to ruin is good for the killer , if they decide to go hunt it down then they are not working on gens which is buying you time which is what ruin is for.
same goes for thrill of the hunt (because taking a hex to try and make your other hexes slightly harder to get is a waste of a perk)
i dont ever go looking for hexes , you can usually just see them a mile away.

The only concern is that it only makes SWF that much stronger.

However, I do think that removing all indication of hexes outside of tutorials (maybe like an advanced level tutorial) would be a very needed buff and adds a level of skill.

I think only NOED should keep its indicator.

They could make this Rank dependent. Once you hit Rank 15, there are no more indicators for Hexes because you damn well shouldn't need them by that point. It used to be no indicators at all, and it was so much better for them. Now though, as soon as that indicator pops up, it's on to the Great Totem Hunt. I used to use Devour Hope on a lot of my Killers because of this, but now it's a wasted slot because you might get 1 hit with it, if they haven't destroyed it already, and then it'll be gone in a minute or two. Rarely have I gotten more than one hit out of it, even at lower ranks. Never used the mori aspect, unless the Survivors were trolling me hard, but that OHKO worked out well considering the requirements for it and the fact you had to pray your totem wasn't getting trashed.
