Converting offerings

I think it would be nice to have possibility to convert your offerings and add-ons into Iridescent shards. Even for small amount: 1 shard for brown offering, 2 for yellow, 3 for green, 4 for purple and 5 for red. There a lot of offerings and add-ons we never use, including those we got from events
