Self Healing skillchecks

This is pretty simple, when you are self healing you get points for a survival category instead of altruism category but if during self heal you get a skillcheck then this skillcheck gives you for some reason points towards altruism category.
All i propose is to change it so skillchecks during selfhealing are counted towards survival category.
