The Doctor's freebies.

If the Doctor doesn't hit you with his shock therapy, you're survivor shouldn't scream. It's not fair trying to be stealthy and screaming for no reason, giving away my position to him. The killer did nothing to earn this. I tried to body block for a survivor being hooked, the doctor lost me after hooking him but then my guy screamed for no reason when I was about to unhook him and he came back. I understand randomly screaming if you've been hit with shock therapy and need to snap out if it but these random freebies are ridiculous. I can't think of a time I've faced the Doctor and a survivor or two didn't DC.

When facing the doctor you want to always be on madness tier 1 to reduce amount of random screams... Also, hiding in the lockers will nullify his passive shock therapy.

I don't mind his power if he uses it. I'm not taking up a perk spot just on taking a chance the killer will be The Doctor. If you wonder why survivors are DCing so much, this kind of stuff is why.

The killer whose decision to do nothing but track, shouldn't be allowed to track. The doctor is generating a passive madness field through their terror radius. You can do several things to avoid that.

    1. If you see your madness ticking up calmly move away from the area and get in a locker. Lockers block Shock Therapy and his passive madness generation.
    2. You can use calm spirit. Its a decent perk to run in general and gets maximum value against the Doctor.
    3. Understand that the screaming isn't random. It happens in set intervals and to have it happen less often you need to manage your madness. Keeping it below tier 2 will greatly lengthen the amount of time between screams.

    Adapt to the game.

Other than his power, Doctor is a very weak, easily loopable M1 killer. (No, the ability of his shock therepy to disable vaults and pallet drops only helps against inexperienced survivors.) He NEEDS the passive Madness increase, and yes, the screaming too: your most important edge, as Doctor is that you can find your patients easily.

Static field reduces his movement speed and disables his normal attack in exchange for tracking.

Saying that he does nothing is wrong.

Alternatively you're being punished for not leaving the static field.

I don't run calm spirit, but can easily manage madness by staying mobile. Don't want to scream, then your best bet is using tr and avoid entering past its edge. Most docs run a large tr so its not hard to keep good distance and an early warning.

Just dont hide. Doctor slows down when he shocks you so you can literally loop forever until he decides to just follow the loop and try to m1 you.

Good doctor will use his shock therapy to prevent you from vaulitng a window or dropping a pallet.

I hate when gens are done too quickly I'm not going to bring a perk to counteract it and just going to moan and complain.

I hate when survivors keep getting flashlight saves I'm not going to bring the perk that counteracts I'm just going to complain

I hate it when survivors constantly loop me at windows I'm not going to bring the perk that counteracts it I'm just going to complain.

Are you seeing the pattern ?

Are you realising how entitled you sound ?

Don't complain about something when there is clearly a counter for it already in the game you're just unwilling to sacrifice your meta perks for it

Even if Doctor didn't done anything to earn, that's your mistake that your let your madness to tier 2/3 or you were on t0 instead of t1.

It only happens in tier 3....You let him GET you to tier 3....why are you bitching about your mistake?
