Totems, why are you the way you are?
There's a lot of salt about totems. As I was laying in bed, half asleep, I had a golden idea! Two possible ways totem mechanics can be changed to.
1) If a totem is destroyed, give the killer the option to repair it.. If he so chooses to take his time to repair it it would take 60 seconds to complete the repair. Maybe throw a skill check in every 10 seconds? so If he manages to hit all the "great skill checks" the time is reduced by 20%. 48 seconds to complete the repair. Or no skill check and just a straight 60 Seconds to repair. Flashlight/Stun would stop the progress? or reset the progress back to 0? Either way.
2) The second idea i had is instead of the "HEX's" already being spawned in the map when the match starts, Let the killer start the match with the hex's on him. And let him place them where ever he chooses. Instantly - 10 seconds to set up the totem.
I Think the 1st idea is the one that makes the most sense.. idk about the 60 second thing. that would have to be tested

3) Totems spawn on the map as usual. Killer has the option to pick up the totem and move it? Obviously hes spending time doing that when he could be putting the pressure on the survivors. So theres the draw back to it
