Kicking gens.
Generators regress at about 0.25 charges per second. In effect this means that for every 1 second a survivor spends on a generator it takes 4 seconds for a killer to remove that progress after they kick it. So why not buff it to have a 1:1, a 0.5 to 1 or a 0.75 to 1 ratio. There is no incentive kick gens unless you got a perk, it's about 90% or you just hooked someone. It's far better to just go find someone slug or hook them. Than it is to kick the gen they worked on that's about 33% plus it would kicking gens worth something. The required effort it takes for a killer to kick a gen is about 3/4 seconds wasted. Breaking Los and go back to looking for a survivor. Where as survivor can just press m1 for a spilt second.. and gen stops regressing while in middle of a chase as well. Do see the unbalanced of effort being used here
It feels like trash this end turn can fix a handful problems that the game has three gens setup wouldn't be a thing any more. This would make the devs rework some of old maps for 3 gens not to happen. This would help weaker killer without nerfing survivors. Plus survivors have loads of perks and items to increase gen speed. This lowers the gen rush without adding more gen time. This can also help survivors emblems as well as killers for gate keeper.

Why remove 3 gen setup?

I think it's just a different sort of way to play the game. Someone who wants to go on a lot of chases would bring in chase perks, for instance. In this case, someone who wants to mess with generators would bring in generator-related perks. I don't think the 3 gen strat is all that bad. It's still doable, especially if you have your whole team.
