Idea for license character Candyman

Was watching Candyman with a couple of friends and thought he would be a great new killer. Figured he already has his hook as a weapon and to make him look a bit more creepy have his jacket open to show his bee infested chest. He could have some bee power not sure what but could have something tied to a tier system like each level could be considered saying his name up to 5 times and could debuff a survivor in some way or instant teleport to that survivor. A map could go with him, the derelict apartment from the first movie. In the apartment could have the broken bathroom mirrors and holes in the wall for the survivors to hop through.
