Suggestions for Autodidact.

Instead of gaining tokens as it levels have it always be at 5 so it's not useless at lower tiers.

Gaining the additional effect. "Skill checks while healing a survivor will happen every 7/6/5 seconds until all tokens have been gained" At which point normal skill checks would take place at their normal chance.

This ensures that Autodidact will be useful while still needing to heal 2-3 teammates to get the full benefit of the perk.

I also feel like We'll Make It overshadows Autodidact by both being stronger and easier to activate while both only heal teammates. So I propose a second ability.

"Allies healing you gain half the benefit of your current tokens."

This adds another reason to run one over the other.

I feel like this would give players an incentive to run it while not having to worry about it being a hindrance the entire game.

    As you mentioned, Autodidact shouldn't rely on skill checks. The condition of gaining tokens could be the equivalent of fully healed health states, and the tokens would increase the speed of healing others, not the progress per every skill check. It wouldn't be such an RNG-dependent perk
