An in game way to turn off the chat box that lets other know it is disabled on your personal device.

I would like to be able to toggle my end game chat on and off in an easier way in game. I would also like for the other players in the lobby to know that I can't read their comments that way it doesn't appear that I am ignoring them if they are trying to talk to me. Maybe just put chat disabled in parenthesis by my name. I really don't want to disable the chance for survivors to talk with each other by dropping out of the lobby real fast either. But I would still like to be able to hang around for a minute to analyze the other players build and see what I was up against.

Oddly enough its when I lose a match that I would like to turn it off. I really don't want to have to read the other players bad mouthing me at the end. I'm very reluctant to try to learn new killers with a higher learning curve because of sore winners. It's very frustrating to be called names like potato or a baby (insert killer name) or to be told that your boosted or you suck just because your trying to learn a new killer. I can rank up pretty quick with killers I am familiar with but when I get a daily with one that I'm not familiar with or just try to learn a new one for fun, I am certainly going to lose the match which I am okay with. But I would really like to avoid reading comments from bad mannered people just because I want to try something new.

Press these two arrows and the box will close until you press them again.

I've set my chat box to be permanently closed, so I don't know what people write to me.

And I honestly don't care if people know if I have it disabled or not. Doesn't make a difference.

LOL. I have 300 hours in game and never noticed those arrows. Thanks!
