Hex Perk Reworks

This is a unique way for all Hex Perks to still be strong, but but no longer be totem based.

Thrill of the hunt. I mean Im talking about removing totems so this one will need a rework. For every unfinished generator, gain a token. For every token you have, missed and successful attack cooldowns are reduced by 3/6/9%

Ruin. Start with 15/15/20 tokens. As long as you have 1 token, 1/2/3 survivors are affected with ruin. 1 token is lost everytime a survivor hits a great skillcheck.

Huntress Lulluby. Is not good enough to be a hex. Just take away the hex and leave as is.

The Third Seal. Applys to any survivor hit. Lasts 60 seconds

Devour Hope. Bonuses are granted at 4/5/6 tokens instead of 2/3/5

No One Escapes Death. The first/second/second successfull attack puts a survivor in the dying state, but no other. All other boneses are kept.

    +1 Would be balanced.

Plus I think in NOED you thought about "second/second/first", not "first/second/second"

you are basically nerfing every single one hex perk without suggesting any balanced buffs in turn.....
this is not a good suggestion

Ruin sounds too weak with 20 tokens, you'll be surprised how many survivors do very great skill checks on high ranked games. Watch AngryPug, he hits great skill checks on Ruined consistently like 80/90%, combined with 4 survivors your Ruined will be gone in no time

    Also why NOED is first/second/second

Noed is first/second/second because its inclusive. At teir 1, the first attack will put survivors into the dying state. At teir 2 and 3 the first, AS WELL AS the second attacks will put survivors into the dying state
