Killer Item Recovery

Killers should be able to recover the Survivor's items that are left behind after they die / get franklined. It would take like 5 or 10 seconds to pick up the item, and then once you go to your Survivors page it will say "(?) item(s) recovered." and you can choose which survivor you want the item to be on.

    And when you escape as a survivor you gain the add-ons the killer was using :d

    It would give use to the lost items survivors give you when you let them live :/
