Grabbed when not injured
I think it would be a good idea, though not game changing, that if survivors that get grabbed in lockers while not in the injured state, should stay healthy in case they wiggle free.
Also, it may be an interesting idea to increase wiggle speed very slightly on the same scenario.

Makes sense. No reason why survivors should be injured after being dropped in a healthy state as no external wounds were inflicted.

Or when grabbed just make animation where the killer is hitting them just before mounting them on his/her shoulder... I see no point of making being grabbed by a killer better for survivors because allowing the killer to grab them while being in healthy state is just a huge mistake...

Lockers are already OP, in all seriousness at high ranks nobody expects the locker hider :P doesn't need changed besides you are more than likely going to get hooked anyways would be a 1/10 scenario where the killers mouse batteries die or cat hops on their keyboard would just be a waste of time to add it tbh.

The killer grabs them by the throat with inhuman strength and then proceeds to transition you onto their shoulder. All with one hand while the other brandishes a weapon. In reality that feat would hurt you.

Actually they do but they will check the locker when they have a real reason to do so and not like the lower ranks who are checking all of them. Also... on the new map (temple) ther are spots with like 100 lockers next to each other... so if you are even sure that someone is in one of them... you will just leave it be... like c'mon... WHO THOUGHT OF THAT, the lockerhell.
