Real resolution, Hz, and HUD menu options

Please bring this attention to Sara in UI.

It would be wonderful if DBD had an actual resolution option, eg. 16:10 aspect ratio: 1280×800, 1440×900, 1680×1050, 1920×1200 and 2560×1600. 16:9 aspect ratio: 1024×576, 1152×648, 1280×720 (HD), 1366×768, 1600×900, 1920×1080 (FHD), 2560×1440, 3840×2160 (4K)...

Also a Hz options to go with it, eg. 59Hz, 60Hz, 80Hz, 120Hz, 144Hz...

and a HUD size option, because playing at 3840x2160 makes everything, especially the in-game UI, really small and hard to see.
