Universal Pre & End Game Chat (Console)

I don't know about anyone else, but when I play (whether it be killer or survivor) I always find myself wanting to say "gg" to everyone else or asking for something to be brought. However, with console you have to go through the tedious process of going on their profile and sending them a private message. It would be nice to see a pre and end game chat, just like on PC, where you can speak your thoughts to everyone in the game, if that's possible. Let me know your opinions, standpoints, and if this is possible below!

Should be a chat exactly like pc. Only issue is toxic/salty players hurling threats and abuse at ordinary peeps.1
