The Cannibal Balance/Rework Idea

Here are a couple simple ideas to tweak Leatherface to make him a bit more threatening:

Change the chainsaw action to automatically activate when the charge bar is full (similar to the Hillbilly); If you were able to do this, take out the movement pause Leatherface experiences when he cancels his chainsaw

A more complex idea for Leatherface to make him a much stronger killer:

One of the reasons Leatherface is low tier is because of a lack of mobility.

A possible change could be, make his power continual until he bumps into an obstacle (causing a tantrum) or you cancel his power resulting in a cooldown

The longer you hold his chainsaw frenzy, the faster he becomes, however, his steering becomes more restricted and the longer you hold his power, the longer the cooldown will be for his chainsaw

In doing so, you would be able to use his ability as a mobile strategy to give him much more Map Presence

His speed could be based on Multiple Tiers:

Once the charge bar is full, Leatherface engages his chainsaw frenzy.

To continue his frenzy, continue to hold M2

The longer you hold M2, Leatherface gains a Tier (similar to bloodlust)

each Tier increases your speed, restricts steering:

Tier 1: current Leatherface speed and Maneuverability

Tier 2: Increased speed and decreased Maneuverability

Tier 3: Increased speed and decreased Maneuverability

Tier 4: Max speed and Minimum maneuverability (Slightly slower and slightly more maneuverable than Base Hillbilly

Each Tier will have it's own charge bar so you can visualize when the next tier is coming up and you can decide whether or not to continue the chainsaw frenzy.

(I do understand that would make him similar to The Hillbilly; they would still be different enough to warrant a distinction)

I welcome positive feedback and constructive criticism.
