Unique to William "Bill" Overbeck until Level 30, at which point its Teachable version can then be learned and taught to the other Survivors.
Usage
- As a decoy : make a generator pop in manner to distract the killer and buy some time to find the hatch.
- To power exit gates before hatch get closed : in manner to apply pressure on the killer.
- Just for the pleasure to insta-pop generators like it was before with the old Brand New Part addon.

imo, it shouldnt be insta pop.
I prefer 5-10 sec for a gen

Considering how fast the hatch may be found by the killer, the last survivor will not take the risk to spend this amount of time repairing generators instead of getting to an exit gate/the hatch, even more if there's more than one generator to do (considering the distance to reach between theses too...). Insta-pop allows some mind-game as the generators may be used for a different purpose (decoying/baiting) or giving more chances to escape when entering the exit gates powered + hatch situation.

With 2 gens left, you can complete it extremely fast already, especially if you have the items for it. And the killer will either kick hatch or guard it, it's too dangerous to leave open and unguarded.
