Buff sabotage
On its own this perk is more usseles that it's previous version.
Buffs:
Sabotaging without box at 80% of regular sabotage speed. (So it's less of pain if you are using it without box) (If it needs some kind of drawback you can increase skill check frequency and difficulty)
Speed of sabotage with box will be increase by 30 % (So there is point to using it if you have box)
Increase effecienci of sabotaging with box by 30%.

Only problem Sabotage is near useless. hooks regen, and you'd need to be able to finish the sabo just before the killer reaches it.

Why sabo though? It does nothing but waste time for some points. It doesn't even reward you for emblems.

Best way to use it is probably to sabo 99% 3 hook near gate or gen near corner. If you only sabo 1 hook, take a hit under hook, then break it, usually it works

There are ways to properly use it to get teammates out of dangerou, as for emblems, that is going to change.
