How to make the Clown strong.

[u][b]Base Kit[/b][/u]

  • Increased Slow effectiveness to 65% movement speed while survivors are inside the gas area. Movement speed is 85% after leaving the gas area while still under it's effects.

  • The gas effect forces a medium pallet vault.

  • The Clown starts with 3 bottles.

  • Increased the area of the gas effect.

  • The Clown is no longer slowed when throwing the bottle or readying it.

  • The Clown moves at 10% movement speed by default while reloading.

  • Charging the bottle throw increases the travel speed and arc of the bottle itself.

  • Direct hits with the bottle prevent interaction for 3 seconds and give a "Direct Hit" bloodpoint bonus.

[u][b]Addons[/b][/u]

  • Chlorine Bottle instead increases maximum amount of bottles by 2.

  • Cheap Gin Bottle now increases maximum amount of bottles by 3.

  • Tattoo's Middle Finger refunds a bottle when a survivor is injured while under the effects of the gas.

These changes will make even experienced survivors have to rethink if they want to push through the gas. While this also rewards the clown for direct hits and punishes him for bad throws with an even slower speed and decreased bottle count.

    The clown doesn't need to be touched in my opinion because he's mid tier right now but maybe a change here and there in the future to make him a bit more viable at high ranks.

    Besides a bonus/increased effect from direct hits he doesnt really need many changes. He's in a decent spot

    He really only needs increased duration on gas to stop people from looping, and bigger aoe. AOE is bugged atm, you can be inside the mist and not be affected by intoxication, if you played alot vs Clowns you will notice this happens from time to time

    On a serious note, I think all he needs is the same thing as people stated before: give him the no actions for 2-3 seconds like doctor upon a direct bottle hit.

    He really doesn't need any of those buffs. A longer-lasting effect upon a direct hit would be enough.
