Don't nerf Ghost face, fix the detection issues instead

I'll start right of the bat by saying that I was a killer main (red ranks) then switched to survivor before Ghost face came out.

Yes, survivors are the power role, you can't deny it. Too much perks to counter everything about Killers killing. They hold the game in their hands and can easily finish one really quick. The % of 4 man leaving in red ranks is too high.

I am not a good survivor so I managed to get to purple rank without any effort, just some gen rushing and strong perks.

Seeing Ghost face "hotfix" (just a nerf tbh, nothing is fixed) without the detection issues that are still on going is just ridiculous. How can a survivor hiding detect Ghost face ? You can't even stalk them but they can detect you ? Where's the logic behind that ?

Oh, Ghost face can't keep stalking a marked survivor to add exposed time ? Why ? There's so much pallet on the map that it doesn't even matter if you mark them or not. It's one of his main characteristics that separate him from Myers about the stalk power. It slows you anyway so, it's not OP or broken or anything, it's purely balanced.

Getting out of power by being stunned ? The power is so slow now to get fully recovered that it's gonna simply put Ghost face back to his 1st PTB : A trashcan with a knife. If you stun him, you just do the detection-looking thing and that's it. You have plenty of time even with Enduring. Don't complain if you get downed, because Enduring and Brutal Strength is the only way you'd get hit after you stun the Killer. You can detect him by running away from the pallet while staying in range of the loop in case he doesn't break the pallet. And honestly, I think that 2 perks are enough to down a survivor that made a mistake after he stunned the killer.

You can easily counter the Ghost face, you simply have to loop him like any other Killer. If you think otherwise you are most likely to be doing it wrong. It usually get this way : I get downed when I make a mistake against Ghost face, or I keep looping if I don't (and i'm bad). With the amount of pallets on the map you don't need to nerf this Killer. Him being as strong as Billy or Huntress shouldn't make you devs to nerf him. You should maybe focus on why Nurse is the most played Killer at red ranks, and why the percentage of 4 man escaping is that high.

Again, I played both side at somewhat same ranks against Ghost face and saw nothing to fix apart from the detection issues (that goes as well for survivors not detecting him while clearly he's in front of them).
