My issues with this bug- er i mean game
how long has it been since hitboxes have been broken? Oh right, SINCE LAUNCH. I don't know why it is so hard to get properly working hit boxes in this game, but I really feel like that isn't too much to ask for. I can't even play the game I love because one of the fundamental mechanics doesn't ######### work. Everyone says its due to lag because of killer hosted servers, but thats just some bs. Dedicated servers not only had the same problem on the ptb, but it was SOO much worse. In fact, its lead me to believe that the lag has actually made these pathetic excuses for hitboxes better, because at least then not everything is a hit. Not only are the hitboxes bad, but they added god damn aim assist for the killer too. Like #########, why even have a swing miss animation? I remember playing killer back when this game was fun, getting 360'd and thinking "wow, that guys good." and vice versa. You know what I say now? Nothing, because I dont even know how its possible to miss a swing now.
The devs are taking all the skill out of their game because they keep listening to rank 20's complaints. All succesful and GOOD games have a balance between listening to their high and low ranking players, while making judgement calls themselves. What does daybreak have? A dev team of sympathetic rank 20's. Great.
And these are just the problems from the survivors view. Killer is just as bad. Ranks 20-5 is a snooze fest of constant 4k's and the occasional swf. Then, once you hit ranks 1-4, the problems of this game REALLY shine. Pallet looping is boring. Playing against survs who hide all game is boring. the speed at which gens get done is frusterating beyond belief, and the balance between killers and perks makes every match feel the same. Like why even have a perk if you know its gonna be absolute garbage? Like whens the last time you've actually seen a serious player take "wake up"? Do you even know what that perk does? It's ok, cause neither do the devs.
I can keep going on balance too, like pink offering/addons, but I think the community is already very aware of how awful of an idea those are. Instead, I'll wrap this up by answering the obvious questions:
"You're just mad cause you're bad lol": Yes im very mad, like extremely. Thats literally the reason i made this. No, I'm not bad, i have 1400 hours and i have to work to make sure i dont go to the shithole that is rank 1.
"You're a survivor main so your opinion is invalid!": Yes, I am a survivor main who occasionaly used to play killer. Idk why some killer mains are so prejudice again'st survs rn. All I can say to this one is the truth hurts I guess?
TL;DR - This game is garbo, plz fix ty :3

Dedicated Soon™ (pretty sure they will fix hitboxes with them :3)
Oh and wake up increases the speed of which you open the gates, reveals them to you and reveals you to others while openning one. (i dont care if its a rhetorical question fite me)
