Survivor's perks idea to punish tunneling and camping and killer perks for some balance for the game

Survivor perks idea:
1. Increases the time when being on hook for 10/20/30 seconds for each phase
2. When being unhooked by the rescuer you are immune to damage by the killer for 4/6/8 seconds
3. When being unhooked by the rescuer in the killer's terror radius you are being instantly healed(Basically adrenaline 2.0 yeah)
Killer perks idea:
1. Press the button to speed boost for 1.5 second (Doesn't affect a killer power, dash, lunge attacks etc) Cooldown for 60/50/40 seconds
2. Hex perk which remains the generators are repaired slower by 50%. Affect 2/3/all survivors (Good combo with ruin)
3. When the survivor is rescued by the survivor, the rescuer is revealed to you for 4/5/6 seconds (Good combo with make your choice)
Just a idea.

    Survivors:
    1. Promotes gen rush.
    2. Borrowed Time is already a thing.
    3. Promotes hook rush.

    Killers:
    1. Should be a base mechanic, if anything.
    2. Hex perks are worthless, and you might as well just buff Ruin.
    3. Not a bad idea.

Funny, but when someone suggest to add time to gens, then everyone cries that it would be boring for the survivors

You can easy fix tunneling if they increase the blood points for hooking a new survivor then the same survivor!
