I think they should start fixing their spaghetti code before banning people for their mistakes.

I do not have this "problem".
By the way, this should be its normal use. Without this, this perk is quite weak.
EDIT (for rd_dex just below): even if it is necessary to reduce its power of course, or totally modify its logic. But I keep: currently, being sentenced to walk or use it for nothing and no longer having it for 40 seconds minimum is a real problem. If DH, BL and Lithe are preferred today, it is surely for this reason.

Hell no, it would make it undisputed king within exhaustion perks making DH, BL and Lithe useless. Imagine a nightmare for killers when 4 survivors can have a burst of speed whenever they want.

Just start taking in franklins now whenever you see a survivor with a map in their hand.
Then camp their map.
I find maps hard to come by in this game, so that will def piss the survivor off if they leave without it.

How is using Sprint burst anytime an exploit? I see barely anyone even running it cause balanced landing and lithe are a lot better. If anything I would not call that an exploit.

You dont get it. People use it like dead hard. Just imagine being able to sprint whenever you want just like dead hard.

If there is a bug with it, it's not a well-known one at the moment. The devs didn't ban for abusing Wake Up, so they probably won't do anything about Sprint Burst either until a hotfix.

This honestly completely wrecked me when I tried to use SB post update due to how I use it, (it didn’t activate when I needed it) so I swapped it out for now for other perks (it’s not that great but use it if that survivor has nothing better), but I do get how it can be abused now that I understand what happened, just threw me hard when I didn’t realise it’s changed how it activates/ can be activated. Just wish every update didn’t break more perks/ things in general, seriously...

@Slayer I bug I heard about with Sprint burst is related to the map. However maybe it is more generalized and can be done with other items aswell.

Im quite confused, how do you even activate Sprint Burst "normal"? For me that perk is 100% RNG and Inconsistent.
Sometimes im geting chased and i spam the Shift key and it just wont pop untill i tank the Hit, other times the game just started i press shift it doesnt pop, then in another game it pops instant when i dont even need it at all.
Totaly confusing to me why that thing isnt even bound to another Key as it normaly should be.

there are currently multiple way to sprint without using ones sprint burst wich go against the perk design
Will I think it is silly to give sanction to people for exploiting it would only be fair that BHVR apply the same standar to survivor that hey apllied for people exploiting legion addons

Players using the dpuble legion knife add osn will be punished report any exploiting this bug. Wake up nah man its fine, sprint burst exploit sure its cool np. Besides its giving survivours an advantage not killer why would we come down hard on that.

They banned for the original double legion bug but not for wake up, legion blades v2, PWYF bug or anything else more recent. It just seems like they learned they'd rather not ban unless it's something extremely urgent (like the old Asylum out of bounds bug that was rapidly popularized) and instead just fix it in the next patch.
