Raised/removed match BP caps.

Getting capped at 8k BP per category feels terrible. I get that it's some sort of anti-farming measure, but it should only kick in WHEN people are farming, and not just steal BP from most players in most games.

I hit the cap as both Survivor and Killer often, and it really makes all of those BP offerings seem like an insult.
