Suggestion: "Wraparound Gates"
To start, I'm aware that this idea is radical, but I feel some drastic change to the base gameplay of the same nature would go a long way towards making every Killer viable.
So, from the tier lists, it's pretty obvious that the best Killers are the fastest, followed by those who can approach Survivors more consistently. Anyone too slow is left in the dust, especially in (implicitly voice-chatting) SWF games where Killer movement is so predictable that they need Survivors to make mistakes in order to accomplish anything.
So what I suggest is to have at least four Killer-only gateways opposite each other on the outermost walls of maps, which transport a Killer entering them to the one opposite, like Pac-Man moving offscreen. This wouldn't help Killers in a chase at all, but it would make their movement less obvious and eliminate the absolute safety that comes with knowing you're on the opposite side of the map from them.
Obviously, these gates wouldn't work while carrying Survivors. After all, they're Killer-only.
And I'm sure many initial complaints would be that a system like this would make Nurse even stronger, to which I note that in that case, nerfing Nurse('s addons) would become possible without making red rank games unwinnable for Killers.

Decent idea NGL , although it would need to take time and have some sort of alert so survivors near or on the side of it can go
