Longer or no character limit on report form (in-game)

The character limit is way too low in the in-game report form, I can't describe what happened or why I am reporting someone if I wish to link screenshots or videos (type them out, pasting doesn't work).
Please make it longer or remove the limit.
The current limit is 200 and that isn't enough for linking to evidence, if it's more than one link (example multiple screenshots of chat).
Additionally, is it OK to just link to image with text I couldn't fit into the box explaining what happened in the game and why I am reporting someone?
And is it OK to use time destruction proof such as Twitch video archives or do I need to stop streaming to edit a video I can upload to Twitch/YouTube/other where it wont be removed after X days has passed?
