A change to Plague
Make her base Terror Radius 24 meters but when she gets Corrupt Purge, her terror radius becomes 32 meters.

Why? This doesn't solve the issues with her power.

If anything they need to make a new passive timer, simply make it so if survivors don't cleanse then they die from the sickness, simple as.

agreed. 2 minute timer which goes while not in chase.
but thus vile purge becomes a rip-off from pig`s power, but way, wayyy more stronger.

Actually it totally does.
Think about it, a 24 meter TR 115% is a death sentence if you are broken. Thus in order to stop yourself from being screwed over like that you need to cleanse thus giving her access to corrupt which everyone agrees is the more interesting power.

They don't need to go that far, just give it a shorter timer and if they don't cleanse they go down and give a notification. and to avoid survivors from just healing add some penalties to sickness downed survivors, like hindered status or inability to repair gens until cleansed or even a delay while using pallets and windows. So not cleansening would be far worse.
